[Openstds] possible IGF Open Consultation Date 23 May at UN in Geneva

Hi there,

It is likely that there will be an IGF Open Consultations meeting in 
Geneva on 23 May. 

We are still waiting for final instruction from the UN Secretary General 
before this can be confirmed, but this will likely be the date of the 
next IGF Open Consultations.

IGF Dynamic Coalitions may wish to consider making a contribution to the 
May consultations or even meeting around then in Geneva.
