[Openstds] IGF DCOS meeting ?

It's time to think about an in-person, formal DCOS meeting. When we were 
in Athens, we loosely discussed trying to have two meetings before the 
IGF meeting in Rio in November, 2007. Two in-person meetings might be 
difficult to arrange, as we're all quite scattered across the globe and 
travel funds can be hard to come by, but I'd hope we can at least do one.

How about Geneva sometime the week of July 9th? I would think that a day 
and a half would be sufficient, and Sun Microsystems could host if the 
numbers aren't too large.
