Hi Everyone,
I wanted to enquire whether its possible for me to submit a proposal for
conducting a workshop titled "ICT Access fo the Next One Billion People
on the Planet" that will introduce various methods through which more
people in both the developing as well as developed world countries will
bring one billion people online globally in the next 3 years so that
impacts the concept of open production, ipr, recognition of the openness
of the system and the possibilty to contribute back to this system. The
idea is open to any support and partnership to collectively conduct this
workshop, it covers open standards for connectivity, alternate forms of
IPR and production and finally the alternative hardware technology that
will actually make this possible?
When you have around one billion people joining the internet revolution
and knowledge economies, it means a much more serious insight into what
will the impact be. Your thoughts?
Best Regards.
