Hi everybody!

I have been a lurker of this list so far.

I had the fortune to attend some of your seminars in Athens, and I am
very interested in the Dinamic Coalition.

It is very likely I will be in NY at the beginning of february, and so I
am thinking about partecipating at OSIS at Yale Law School.

I have only subscribed to the ML, and I'm not a D-COS member (I gather
from the documents posted so far that it should be possible for
individuals to join the D-COS), so I was wondering if I may attend the
informal meeting nonetheless, because I am very interested in the
subject matter.

I am really looking forward to take part to all events organized by the
D-COS.

Thanks,

Giovanni B. Gallus
