[Openstds] DCOS Statement at IGF Consultation meeting in Geneva

Hi Susy, Daniel and Robin,

At the f2f in New Haven, we discussed at length the need not to focus  
on definition as the main task of the coalition.  For reasons very  
well explained by the Chinese delegate and Rishab, I think we focused  
on the need to come up with principles and best practices.

Thus the para:
