Minnesota to have law driving ODF adoption?

See the proposed bill “PRESERVATION OF STATE DOCUMENTS ACT.” Again, I  
know of one and only one standard (and an ISO one at that), that  
meets these criteria, the OpenDocument Format (ODF).
