[Openstds] DCOS meeting July 9 & 10, Geneva

Daniel:

For those who are confident they want to participate, they should join 
on the 9th. For those who are interested but aren't yet sure they can 
commit, the morning information session on the 10th would be perfect.

Either way, feel free to point people to myself or Thiru to RSVP.

Also, Martin Kummer has confirmed that he will attend on the 9th.
